Knitting
Our knitting capacity is 300 tons/month and to provide best quality grey we have latest European machines like Mayer & Cie.
Dyeing
With 500 tons per month capacity, use of European machines like Sclavos, Bruckner, Ferraro enables us to produce consistent, best quality dyed knit fabric.
Cutting
Our cutting department is equipped with European Auto cutter and spreader which enables us to do accurate precise cutting while reducing wastage.
Sewing
We have the capacity of 1.2 million garments per month. To ensure best quality we use renowned sewing machines like Juki, Pegasus and Brother.
Finishing
Our finishing section is very well-organized and focus on handling properly to ensure best quality. Out metal detection section ensures metal free products.

Print & Embellishment
Apparel Avenue (BD) is equipped to do all types of printing; rubber, pigment, high density, gel, flock, discharge, plastisol & glitter prints, heat seal etc. We also have embroidery and label printing facilities.
